What's your return policy?

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. 
• For refunds, customers will be responsible for shipping fees (outbound and inbound) and the fees will be deducted from the original paid amount. These shipping fees also apply to cancelled orders if it has been shipped.
• Returns must be in good condition and refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives and inspects the product.

If purchased from an authorized dealer or retailer, please contact them in regards to the return or refund.
