Unplug the electrical plug from the wall outlet. Be sure there is NO power running into the chair.
Turn the power switch to the “OFF” position.
Located at the back bottom of the chair between the power input and the switch you will find a circular casing that houses the fuse.
Use a screwdriver and turn to open the cover.
Check to see if the fuse has blown. If the metal steam that connects from one end to the other is broken, proceed to replace the fuse with the one provided.
Once the fuse is properly inserted, tighten the cover using a screwdriver once again.
Reconnect the power cord and turn the power switch to the “ON” position
Turn the chair on the remote to see if the chair is operational again. If NOT please contact our tech support for further action.
