A replacement has been issued, what is the process like?

Replacement eligibility is determined based on chair availability and the length of time the customer has owned the chair. In most cases, replacements requested after one year will be fulfilled with an Open Box unit, while replacements within the first year are typically fulfilled with a new unit.


Our Open Box chairs are units that have been returned to us within the 30-day return period. Each chair is fully tested, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned by our team prior to being shipped back out to customers to ensure it meets our quality standards.


Please also note that original shipping methods do not carry over to replacement chairs unless the replacement request is made within 90 days of the original purchase date. Customers may upgrade their shipping method for an additional charge. The pricing below is per direction, meaning the cost would be doubled if the customer would like the same shipping method applied to both the return pickup and replacement delivery.


We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (Drop-off & Pickup): Free of charge. The chair is delivered and/or picked up curbside.
  • Threshold Delivery: $75 for delivery and $75 for pickup. The chair is brought just inside the first dry area (such as a garage or door), but does not include setup.
  • Room of Choice Delivery: $150 for delivery and $150 for pickup. The chair is brought into the room of choice, but does not include setup.
  • White Glove Service: $275 for delivery and $275 for pickup. This includes full setup in the room of choice and removal of packaging materials. Pricing may vary depending on whether the delivery is to an upstairs location or a rural area.
